Rick Grindland, owner and president of Spacemakers Remodeling LLC. Growing up in Inver Grove Heights, Rick learned the value of a hard day’s work at the age of 13 by digging trenches for his father‘s plumbing company and working for uncles in the construction trades. The summer after his second year in college, he started working for a residential home construction company as an assistant superintendant. There he found his passion and never looked back. Rick was promoted from assistant superintendant to superintendant in a very short period of time. Five years later, he opened his own building and remodeling company where he was blessed with numerous awards for quality and craftsmanship. Rick then decided to concentrate on his love for residential home remodeling and sold his building company, and for the past 14 years has helped people make their remodeling dreams come true.
